Christmas Day Giveaway!

Allllll right. Listen up kiddos. Just like last year, we’re going to do another Christmas Day Giveaway. This year, we’re up’in the prizeys though. Here’s how we’re going to play:

1. We will tweet out some ridiculous/serious/cool/funny Christmas related question.

4. We will ship out X-mas prize pack to each winner.

What’s in the X-mas prize pack? An assortment of S/D related goods (vinyl, cd, t-shirts, stickers, downloads, etc. – you name it, we’re giving it away).

Contest will start on Christmas morning – 9AM EST!

Expect UP’s newest installation to drop Nov 11, 2013. The song is called “Current State” and is track #2 off of the Former Self : Current State EP. We’re going to be pumping out these new UP tunes for a few weeks. The first song, Alive in your Grave, hit the internet last Thursday and surprisingly got some good love. Again, everything is available for free download.

Free Download: Alive in Your Grave by Undesirable People

Here’s the deal – we’re giving away Undesirable People’s new EP, Former Self : Current State, away for free. UP’s newest tune came out this past Thursday and was featured on AbsolutePunk. So, here ya go – download it for free at the Undesirable People Bandcamp page. It’s currently listed as a “name your price” song – you’ll have to just enter $0 to get it for free (if you’d like to pay some money, that would be super sweet of you).

New Undesirable People song!

First off, HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Secondly, this is another huge day for us this week. Today, Undesirable People dropped a brand new song that is currently making its debut on the AbsolutePunk.net website. This song is appropriately titled “Alive in your Grave” because after all, it is Halloween (we did this on purpose). This song is also the first song off of their new Former Self : Current State EP. So, expect a few more tunes from these guys soon.

Now head on over to the AP site and jam away. When you’re done with that, go to UP’s bandcamp page and download the song FOR FREE.

happy birthday 2 us!

South Division Records is officially two years young (as of September 25, 2013). I was planning on doing some big free giveaway thing to celebrate but, it completely slipped my mind. So, instead, here’s a funny photo of a pot leaf birthday cake.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has ever clicked on our website, downloaded anything from us, bought a record/cd, or said hello. In the past two years, we’ve been lucky enough to put out a few records from a really great group of artists – couldn’t ask for more.

Here’s to the future!
